Privacy Policy

Plain language, because you deserve to know exactly what happens to your information before you give it to anyone.

Effective July 18, 2026

The short version. We collect only what you type into our form plus basic technical data. We use it to contact you about your situation and to decide whether we want to make you an offer on your home. We do not sell your information, and we do not sell or trade your information as a sales lead. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].

Who we are

Foreclosure Help Hub publishes free educational information for homeowners facing foreclosure. We are also a home buyer. If you decide to sell, we may offer to buy your home. We are not a law firm, a licensed real estate brokerage, a mortgage company, a HUD approved housing counseling agency, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with your lender.

What we collect

Information you give us

We do not ask for your Social Security number, your bank account details, your date of birth, or your lender login. If anyone claiming to be us ever asks for those through this website, it is not us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful. We may use privacy respecting analytics to count page views.

How we use it

Consent to be contacted, and how to stop it

When you submit our form, you are agreeing that we may contact you at the phone number you provide, including by phone call and text message, and that those may be placed using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP to any text, tell us on any call, or email [email protected]. We will stop, and we will not sell or transfer your number to anyone who will keep calling you.

Who we share it with

We share your information only in these situations:

What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or broker your information as a lead to other investors, agents, lenders, or marketing companies. We do not share your information so that other companies can pitch you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, and afterward only as long as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping reasons. If you ask us to delete it, we will delete what we are not required to keep, and we will tell you if anything must be retained and why.

Your choices and rights

You can, at any time, ask us to:

Email [email protected] and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including in Colorado, California, Virginia, Connecticut, and other states. Those may include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We honor these requests regardless of whether a particular law technically applies to us, because it is the right way to operate. To appeal a denied request, reply to our response and say you are appealing.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you across other websites. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and say so plainly here before it takes effect.

Security

We use industry standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

This website is meant for adults dealing with a mortgage. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Other websites we link to

We link to government and nonprofit resources such as HUD, the CFPB, USA.gov, and the FTC. We do that because they are useful and impartial. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the page.
